We shot this online advert for East London fashion label Hurwundeki using a new Canon D5 SLR.
A multi-platform web series following tennis star Laura Robson as she creates a wristband for the international charity Right To Play. This pioneering series was designed specifically to engage with an audience across all the social networks including Laura’s 11,000 Twitter followers. The films also broadcast via Right To Play’s website and YouTube.
BBC Radio commissioned us to produce a series of audio podcasts for the website of The House of St Barnabas, a charity and social enterprise that offers work and life support to homeless people. Our series of mini audio documentaries gave an insight into the backgrounds of some of the trainees on the course such as James. Listen to his fascinating story here.
Calabash Films produced a promotional online video for Community Drugs Service for South London (CDSSL), which highlighted the organisation’s positive work rehabilitating drug users and their families. We also created a YouTube channel for the charity to provide an online platform for their content and help them engage with a new audience.
Calabash produced an online marketing/ promotional film with London Mayor Boris Johnson showcasing the launch of the new charity The Mayor’s Fund For London. The web video illustrates the objectives of the charity and the work it does with disadvantaged young Londoners.
Calabash Films created a range of online content to work across multiple platforms for the specialist golf site golfputtingonline.com. We created a series of downloadable lessons available to purchase and use on portable devices such iPhones. To support the digital marketing campaign we also delivered 7 free taster lessons and a viral YouTube behind-the-scenes video. The videos are also available as a DVD.
Calabash Films devised an online campaign film about the work of national homeless charity, Church Housing Trust. Shot in a documentary style, the web film gave the audience an insight into the work of the charity through the powerful stories of three homeless individuals. We also provided CHT with a digital marketing strategy to support the promotion of their online film across the social networks.
Calabash Films created a DVD documenting the achievements of the young people attending the All ‘Bout Me workshops, an initiative aimed at tackling gang culture in South London. A supporting promotional film was used to generate interest in the event via YouTube.
Working with presenter Mark Durden-Smith, Calabash Films produced a promotional online video to raise the profile of Social Firms in the UK. This film was made in conjunction with Media Trust UK and was broadcast on the Community Channel.
